Philosophy as Meta-Taxonomy

If what we call reality is constructed by our narrowing beliefs, how can we examine reality in order to discover the laws of an independent universe. A good philosophy is a study of the implications of a taxonomy. The word finds its roots in the Greek τάξις, taxis (meaning ‘order’, ‘arrangement’) and νόμος, nomos (‘law’ or ‘rule’).
